The Official Home of the St. Thomas Bushwacker! In 1975, prior to becoming Sudi’s Caribbean Bar and Grille, this property was called the Ship’s Store. The bartender and manager came up with the fun island cocktail that they jokingly named after a visiting flight attendant’s dog....BUSHWACK!  This cocktail quickly spread through the Virgin Islands and is now a favorite island drink found around the world.  Enjoy not only the best bushwacker but enjoy it where it all started at Sudi’s!
